FAQ

Common questions.

Is RYVEN a registered liquidator?

No. RYVEN manages and coordinates the process end-to-end and works alongside licensed liquidators and registered auditors, who carry out the statutory roles.

Can I simply let my licence expire?

An expired licence does not close the company and can lead to fines and continuing obligations. A formal liquidation closes the company properly.

Do I need to be present in the UAE?

Many steps can be handled through a power of attorney. Where attendance is required, we plan it with you in advance.

What happens to employee visas?

Visas and labour permits are cancelled as part of the process, and end-of-service obligations are settled.

How long does liquidation take?

It depends on the jurisdiction, the company's records and any outstanding obligations. We outline the expected path after our initial review.
